在济南市槐荫区某定点医院，一群医务工作者正开展抗击新冠病毒肺炎的战斗。

A group of medical workers at a designated hospital in Huaiyin district, Jinan joined the battle against the novel coronavirus pneumonia.

该留观点的医护团队由山东力明科技职业学院（附属医院）的医生护士组成，共83人。

The 83 medical staff members in the team are doctors and nurses at the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Liming Polytechnic Vocational College and volunteers in Huaiyin district.

自疫情爆发以来，该留观点一直作为医疗隔离病房。从1月27日开始接收与确诊患者曾经有过密切接触人员。截至11日，累计接收与新冠病毒肺炎患者密切接触留观人员104人，其中83人隔离期满后解除隔离。

The hospital has served as a medical isolation ward since the outbreak began. It first started receiving people who had been in close contact with confirmed patients on Jan 27. As of Feb 11,  the hospital has received a total of 104 patients, 83 of which have been released from medical observation.

一旦有留观人员出现发烧、乏力、干咳等疑似新冠病毒肺炎症状时，留观点医护人员会马上联系救护车将其接走送往指定医院进行全面检查和确认。

为了不让这些留观人员思想压力大、心理负担重，医护人员对他们像亲人一样，精心呵护、照顾有加，提供各种生活用具。每餐两荤两素一汤一水果，保证他们吃饱喝好，营养还要跟得上。

为了避免交叉感染，留观点执行最严格的医疗防护和卫生消毒制度。从缓冲区到隔离区设有专用通道，医护人员到隔离区需要穿着3层防护隔离衣全身包裹，贴面佩戴一次性外科口罩，外层再佩戴N95口罩，穿上专用胶鞋，在反复检查安全之后，才能通过步梯进入隔离区，从隔离区出来的医护人员则要进行全身消毒。

医护人员每5个小时为一个班，穿上防护服后不能吃喝上厕所，穿着密不透气的隔离衣和护目镜，一个班奋战下来，医生、护士每个人都承受着身体的极限，当他们脱下防护服，里面的衣服全部被浸湿，面部出现一道道勒痕。有的医生过度劳累，身体几近虚脱，进入缓冲区喝口水后再返回隔离区继续工作；有的医生手指受伤，套上塑料袋密封好后坚守在一线。
